As an educator, Professor Santerre has mentored junior data scientists from a variety of backgrounds, and is skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. He is an excellent leader, adept at managing the rapid implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to deliver results. Throughout his career, Professor Santerre has led more then 50 major data science initiatives, working with 4 US government agencies, 6 Fortune 500 companies, and 10 US higher education institutions. He is focused on delivering immediate KPI wins, while also developing long-term strategy and systems for senior executive leadership teams.
